Changing public rights of way

The legal record of Public Rights of Way is called the Definitive Map and Statement (DM&S) of Public Rights of Way. It is a historically important document that records the 2,600 miles of Public Rights of Way across every parish, town and city in Oxfordshire. The DM&S has recently been updated for the fourth time since 1949.

This section gives you more information about the legal record and the legal procedures for applying to change it.
