Traffic signals

You can help us to maintain the traffic signals system by telling us if you are aware of a fault. It might be anything from a minor irritation to a potentially hazardous situation. Your report will always be appreciated - we'd rather have ten reports of the same fault than none!

Note: A dangerous situation on the highway should always be reported to the police.

How to report a fault

Call our answering machine - 01865 815775 (this is our guaranteed point of contact. The machine is checked at a maximum of three hour intervals, between 8am and 8pm, 365 days a year).
