Supporting you into paid employment

What can we do for you?

Oxfordshire Employment Service offers lots of support to help you find a job. We work closely with each person to offer you with the best chance to find work. We will arrange a meeting where we can discuss employment and benefit advice. If we think we can help we will supply you with an employment adviser who will look at your individual needs and wishes.

What will an employment adviser do?

A local employment adviser will work with you to:

• have regular meetings
• set out a plan of how best to support you
• look at any training needs you may have
• find out about any possible employment opportunities with support.

This might include:

• voluntary work
• unpaid work placements (time limited) and
• part-time work.
