The flagship centre will make our recycling services more accessible for residents who currently have to travel some distance to a recycling centre. Based at an easily accessible site off Langford Lane in Kidlington, it will provide:

• modern recycling facilities for a wide range of different materials with some customer areas under cover
• a re-use shop for the sale of furniture, electrical appliances and other good quality unwanted items
• a commercial waste and recycling facility.  

Planning permission has been granted and we are hoping that the facility will be open by the end of 2012.
