Booking

Tickets can be purchased in person at the box office or by calling the above number and paying by debit/credit card (please leave a message on the answerphone outside of opening hours and we will return your call). Tickets can be posted to you for a charge of 50p or collected from the box office. You can also book online.

A charge of £1.50 will be made for all card transactions. Please note that for seated performances, latecomers are admitted at the discretion of the management.

Cafe

The Millstream cafe is open Monday to Friday, 9 - 5pm, and Saturdays, 10-5pm. Delicious homemade lunches and cakes are available (lunch menu 12-2pm).

Venue hire

We offer a friendly, flexible service at very competitive rates and are home to a variety of clubs and societies. Our rooms can be booked individually or in combination for meetings, conferences, performances and workshops. Prices from £95 per day or £20 per hour.

Access

We welcome disabled people and are able to cater for those with special needs.

There are pay and display carparks adjacent to the Mill, but we advise our patrons to arrive for courses and events in good time to allow for parking.

Payment and refund policy 

We regret that we are unable to take reservations and payment is required at the time of booking. Major debit/credit cards are accepted. Cheques should be made payable to the Mill Management Committee. Please note that we are unable to refund purchases after booking.
