If you join online in a library, you can collect your library card from the counter the same day. You will need to provide some personal identification.

You can also:

• fill in an application form available from any Oxfordshire library - you will need some personal identification, such as a driving licence.
• Anyone under 15 needs to provide the name and address of a parent, guardian or carer.

Your library card will be posted to you within seven working days. If you are under 15 it will be posted to your parent or guardian.

As soon as you receive your library card you can use your borrower number and library PIN to reserve items from the library catalogue and renew them online.
